AutoClip Pro

AutoClip Pro is a clipboard history application that leverages Android's Accessibility Service to automatically record and manage copied text. It includes features such as template management, backup/restore, and app exclusion.

This application respects user privacy and processes all data locally on the device. It does not perform any internet communication.

This application does not collect, track, or transmit any personal information externally. We do not use any analytics tools, advertising SDKs, crash reporting, or third-party tracking services.

The following data is stored only on the device and is never transmitted externally:

• Clipboard History: Text content copied by the user and timestamps
• Templates: Text templates and folder structures manually created by the user
• App Settings: Maximum history entries, duplicate skipping, theme settings, excluded apps list, etc.

This application uses Android's Accessibility Service to detect clipboard changes. This functionality is used solely for the following purposes:

• Detecting copy operations (copy button clicks) and recording clipboard content
• Detecting system UI clipboard preview displays (on supported devices only)
• Detecting app-specific copy operations (Per-App Detection feature)

Information obtained through the Accessibility Service is used only for recording clipboard history and is not used to monitor or track user actions. Copies from apps registered in the exclusion list are not recorded.

All data is stored in a local database (Room SQLite) and DataStore Preferences on the device:

This data is stored only on the user's device. There is no cloud backup or server synchronization.

This application uses the following permissions:

• No INTERNET permission: This app does not connect to the internet at all
• No location, camera, microphone, contacts, or storage permissions

Users can fully manage their data through the following methods:

• Delete History: Individual or bulk deletion available
• Set Maximum History Entries: Configurable limit from 1 to 500 entries (default: 100)
• App Exclusion: Select apps to exclude from recording, such as password managers or banking apps
• Skip Duplicates: Prevent duplicate recording of identical text (default: enabled)
• Temporary Folder: Folder with automatic deletion after 24 hours
• Backup/Restore: Export/import templates and settings in JSON format (clipboard history is not included)

This application is not directed at children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

This privacy policy may be updated if the application's functionality changes. Any updates will be reflected on this page with a new "Last Updated" date.
